    Vintage American Flyer WHISTLING BILLBOARD Needs 2 light Bulbs Ringling Bros. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    Fair working condition , some of sticker ripped . Bench tested and works as it should , although i think the wistle should be louder but prolly just me . Paint on item still pretty good couple little chips but nothing major . No button if it requires one just main item .
